[Resolved] Monte Carlo Fashions — Replacement refused sent wrong size | |||||
I had purchase 2 t shirts on line from their site @ 20/05/2017 order no [protected]. I recd the wrong size t shirt the following corrospondence will clear the matter. To, Rohit garg, it is rather very strange reply from a reputed co like yours. At the time of the parcel recd i was not at home, i had asked my wife to check the the size and if it was xxl to give it for a wash. Next day when i tried the shirt one was tight and the other was loose. When i checked the size, the chest size was of one was 41 inches and one was 48 inches. At your site size shown is for xxl is 44 inches. This i have confirmed with you with actual photos with tape. It is clear that wrong size t shirts had been sent, and the mistake was from your side.in view of the above the right size t shirt with chest size 44 inches be sent to me or my money be refunded. Returning the t shirts will be of no use to me, as i will not be able to wear it. An early reply will be highly appriciated. We are very sorry we can't help you regarding this issue as per company norms. One more thing, one t-shirt returned by you is not belongs to your order. You have returned some other t-shirt which does not belong to your recent order. We are re-dispatching same both t-shirts which was picked from you. As per this they are avoiding repacing / refunding the t shirts in spite of their grave mistake. Nad making excuse of wrong t shirt. I have also attached the photos. In case of return product should be intact and unused condition. One t-shirt returned by you is not belongs to your recent order. You had returned some other T-shirt.
