Monthly Pension — not received of pension from lic - annuity no.-011m[protected]

I have not received annuity payment of rs.-531 /-pm from 01 jan-2018 from lic of india, p&gs deptt, jeevan prakash, 25 kg marg new delhi-1100001

I have tried several time to contact through phone & mail also but not responce till date. I had send my existing certificate with registered post & attached with mail also on dtd 13.01.2019 to ([protected]@licindia.com & [protected]@licindia.com) but still unable to receive till date.
