MoolChand Hospital — complaint against emergency department | |||
Today, i. E on 22/5/19 i visited moolchand hospital with my 1 and 1/2 year old grandson. He was having vomiting and loose motion for last 3 days. I took him to emergency, one lady in kaftan was siting there. We talked to her. She was taking the things very lightly. She said go and pay money first. I went to counter and paid rs. 1000/- vide receipt date 22/52019 at 1:50 pm. Uhid:[protected]. Then one doctor came with the hands in the pocket and asked who is the patient. We told about the grandson. He just went to the bed and did not check him up at all, still hands in the pocket, and said he has to be admitted. So they sent us to admission department and they asked us to deposit rs. 20, 000/- then the treatment will start. So i took back my grand son and requested them very sincerely to refund my my rs. 1000/- back as we could not afford rs. 20, 000/-.. Tell me is this a hospital or a business center. Instead of taking care of a child they want money and nobody touched him. This is not a hospital in true sense. They are butchers. I took my child to holy family hospital in emergency. They charged only rs. 400/- and checked him very well and now with the grace of god my child is alright. Tell me why an action should not be taken against moolchand. I want my rs. 1000/- back.
