[Resolved]  Morestore — employees are not behaving properly with the customers

Hi team,

Todayi. E on[protected] morning i visited the more super market near kothapet saroornagar, there was a problem in the billing machine, none of them intimated us on that issue till my shopping was completed and when i visited the billing counter no one was ther to bill my product and i asked the sales girl there like could you please ask any one to come and make a bill for my products at that time she responded like there is a problem with billing machine
I asked you guys maight have intimated us before we do the shopping or else you guys can keep a board at the entrance for the issue, and i asked them i need to speak with their supervisor and i waited for 15 minz near counter for the supervisor but none of them came out and spoke with me after 10 minz a guy came over there and started saying systems are working fine and he started speaking with some othet in his mobile apart from looking into our issue there was around 15-20 customers waiting ther for billing and i lost my patience and asked him what the thing is going on apart from answering to me he started sjouting on me and the security guard and some other incharge guy came over there and started shouting on me by stating this is how we answer the customers where ever you want you can complaint what ever you want you can do and total staff became one side and supported to thatg billing guy and one of the staff came over there and raised his hand on me to beat and the incharge is support him tyo beat me, i think more super market employees dont have a minimum respect on the customers.
