Dear sir,
I have been cheated on 6th sept 2019 by mote store situated at apcar garden, asansol, west bengal.

They have announced a scheme for marketing purposes and put a big flex in front of the store stating that "buy for rs 2500/- and get a steel handi with cover for rs. 15/-"
After purchasing for rs. 2555.80, when i asked for the same, they denied to give the handi and told me that there no such scheme.

If there is no scheme, why such a big flex is pasted?

This is really cheating to customers.
