Morestore — worst customer service

I am a regular customer of more super market at rohini, prashant vihar. But even then it has been very insulting experience twice at that store. Currently i had done shopping of more than the required amount of highest slab for an offer running between jan-mar '18. On enquiry about the gift i was told that the gift has arrived and i should take it. But to my surprise and very common insulting behaviour of the staff i was told that the stocks are limited and you may collect after few days. How is that when i have done shopping of the requisite amount stock has not been sent. Is that company send lesser items and save some money. Very bad experience.
