I was working at morgenall in software (Php and mysql) development team, and the company didn't payed me for 3 months and ceo (Irfan pasha) behavior was not good, it was very bad. Every day he used to ask "is it going to complete this evening". Literally everyday he will ask without understanding the task and requirement.
These people doesn't even provide requirement. After facing these things i decide to leave this company. Then he talked to me in very rude manner (His blue collar attitude) and said you have to serve notice period, and if you do you will get all your money with documents. I decided to serve the notice period. But after serving notice period of 2 months, i din't get a single rupee. After that i asked him about money and documents, then he said you will only get your documents and he said forget about money you will never get and do whatever you want to do.
So i just want to say do not join this company at any cost. They will try to manipulate you but he is biggest fraudster ever. This guy irfan pasha had already done some fraud in dubai and he ran away from that location.
So they will also try to tell you that we are mnc and we have office in dubai, but dont get into such trap. They are criminals. Was this information helpful? |
