I am travelling today i e on 09th jan 2019 from bangalore to vijayawada.
I booke the ticket one week prior for sleeper in middle.
One day before the travel i got the call from morning star executive and informed us bus cancelled due to ac issue and change my bus to other bus which is @11:00pm, my initial travel time is 10:00pm
I said ok and changed my office routines and personal works accordingly.
Again the morning start executive called me on the travel day i. E on 09th jan 2019 and again he is saying 11;00pm bus also cancelled and he is moving me to another bus which will start @11.30pm, i said ok but the seat also he offer me last before berth which is very uncomfort as it is on top of back tires of the bus.
I clearly informed him as it is very uncomfort for my 12 hours of journey then the reply from them is we don't have other option so you want this or not in my last minutes of journey.
Finally i accepted for last berth as i have to go at any cost.
This is not the good practice to trouble the passenger.
I really felt bad and disappointed and any way i have to suffer 12 hours on back seat though i book the ticket in advance.
