[Resolved] Morphy Richards — 2 Year Guarantee but thats means nothing Waste of your Time | |||
I brought a kettle from Flipkart a Morphy Richards Rapido 1.8 L kettle on Jan-2014 with in one year it started Leaking Water. So I opened a ticket on Jan-2015with Morphy Richards complaint Number 6181247. After the complaint a Technician from Bajaj Electricals(as representative from Morphy Richards) came next few days took the kettle and did not show up for 10 days. So I called back he came returned my Item and gave me a Sticker for Replacement and ask to call Morphy Richards. Here is the new thing after me calling to Morphy Richards and informing the same as Technician said. They say going call the Dealer whom bought it from. This is the first time hearing if we have guarantee of the Product we have to call dealer. What is the company gaurantee for we have to waste all our time and money buying product and any repair comes we have to call other delear what is cusomer care Phone numbers and helpline numbers for. Each guys are escaping you cutomer care guy says go and contact Flipkart andFlipkart says they will not do any customer support for alreadysold products. The bajaj service they donot have parts of the item of one year old.
This looks like Morphy rRichards is faking people to buy by say 2 year Gaurantee card
