[Resolved] Morphy Richards — Damaged Microwave MS 20 delivered | |||
We placed an order for a Microwave Oven 20MS, on the official website Morphy Richards http://www.morphyrichardsindia.com on 31st October, 2014. On 11th November, 2014 we reached the product, but was in a damaged condition. Immediately on receiving the product by Gati Courier Services (Tracking No.[protected], we opened it and found that the body was dented from one side and the ring placed beneath the glass table was broken & Bill was also not in the name of Company. We asked the courier guy to replace it, he said we do not do open deliveries. Then we called the customer care no.[protected] and lodged the complaint and they said in an engineer will be visiting in next two working days. Engineer Mr. Mohit Sharma (Cell No. [protected]) visited our office on 13th November, 2014 to resolve the issue. We showed him the oven’s dent & broken ring. He said “I will mend the dent & replace the ring”. We said ok, but after his process of mending the dent, body of oven got more dents. We asked him to replace but he said that “We never replace any product”. Again I called your customer care, they gave me Mr. Nitin’s No. [protected]. We had a word with him, he just said we never replace the product & disconnected the call. We want to return the Product immediately & want the Cash Rs. 5, 995/- to be refunded.
