My food processor stooped functioning so i called your customer care number and an executive came to my place suggesting to change the motor and took 250 rs as service charge as the machine was under warranty and the motor was free of charge

If the motor was not under warranty n was to be charged i gaurantee the motor would have been replaced immediately .
Its been 20 days now no response from your syd
