Since Morphy has no service network of its own, accordingly, it does not intend to honour the said warranty provisions as the outsourced partner does not have the will or intent to establish the quality services for Morphy. Moreover, the provisions of warranty are only to sell the product and they have no direct complaint resolution mechanism to appeal against such deficient services.
