This complaint is in regard to the Non-Refund of transaction of Rs/- 191 done through Paytm wallet (in the name of Sujata Arya) on 24.11.2021 at 05: 21 pm to mother dairy Booth 164 held against the phone number of [protected].
first i would like to tell you that I am a regular customer of mother dairy for the past 11-12 years. Since for the last 2 years of covid time due to government policy o[censored]sing the cashless facility to purchase these products I was using Paytm. Now recently there is a change in the ownership of this mother dairy booth. Many of the customers like me who had already fed details of previous Paytm account of mother dairy in memory of Paytm had by default transferred the money in mother dairy booth no. 164 attached to this number of [protected] in the name of sagar yadav.
After this when we have told Mr Sagar Yadav present on the counter, he asked me to re-transfer the money in his account which was done. Now on asking how to get the money back, He told that this account is not held with him and for that either we need to approach the previous owner or the area incharge of the mother dairy. I have approached both of the persons and unfortunately didnot get the satisfactory reply till date. On calling the area manager he either didnot pick the call or respond with the reply of call you back which he has seldom replied. Sir, I would like to request your kindself to look into the matter to address the matter on priority to help customers like us who are in dilemma to seek help from whom.
