[Resolved] Mother Dairy — paneer | |||
Dear team I am a regular customer since many years of mother dairy, i had a complain registered as no. 989343, as my 1 packet out of 5 packets got spoilt before the expiration date and had to be either refunded or exchanged as i should be getting another paneer packet. When i logged a complain then i was assured that i would get a call from area sales manager within 24 hours and it will be exchanges and i dont have to worry, but when i got no call till now and i called on toll free [protected] then i was told that complaint is completed, then how the hell it has been completed when i got no call. Morover i bought this paneer from both no. 851 of ghaziabad and a buy stuffs from there regularly, i complained about this to the booth owner and he gave me a no of mr. Sandeep that is [protected], i called him several times and then got him on line, he told that he needs a registered complaint no to proceed, i got the complaint registered from mother dairy toll free no and called him again to give him this complaint no 989343 but since yesterday he is not picking up my phone. So this is the customer service you all provide to those customers who have been spending 5-10 thousands rupees per month to buy your products. Was this information helpful? | |||
