[Resolved] Mothers Pride Play School — admission cancellation fees not returned after 10 months | |||||
I had opted to admit my child in nursery. Even she completed her pre-nursery from mothers pride sec 5 school only. But due to some personal reason i could not continue the admission in nursery in presidium (Mothers pride). But as i had already booked the admission so i had already paid all the admission and miscellaneous fees. At the time of admission i already told to the counselor that i may have to change my location so maybe i have to cancel the admission. So what would be the cancellation charges? She told me it would be only 1000 or 2000. Remaining will be returned. I trust her verbally so preceded with the admission. The counselor lies to me on that day. When i actually cancelled then they told some admission fees won’t be returned and remaining amount will be returned. What can i do against such school gang. Every school is big liar in these days. I accepted their new statement as well. Now i asked when i will get my money. They told you will get by july 2017. Now it’s been august 2017 but they have not refunded my money at all. Even i had paid for the magazine as well and they have not given my child’s magazine till now. Even they had one event where they asked us to bought radha dress for our daughter from school for some event. We took that but it was so bad quality and not stitched at many places.co-coordinator apologized for that and told us that they will return and give us new one. But they have neither returned its money nor gave any new dress. My one of the frustration with this school is that the sector 5 mothers pride admin/finance department is very lazy. I had faced lots of challenges with them during the tenure as well. But i always ignored that. Now i am getting no option but to go for consumer court for this. I need help to get my money back asap and get the album and other pending items from school. I am putting all these information on websites as well just in some positive hope and let others get aware of bad management of this school. Apr 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved School itself helped a lot to resolve the issue. They returned the fees immediately after noticing issue raised and even treated well while settling the claim. Mothers Pride Play School customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

booked two seats in Mothers Pride Kalyan Vihar for my 2 kids paid rs.[protected] each) in the name of baby shower, they said that its refundable if in any case u dont want to take admission. Due to some reasons i had to cancel the seats i submitted a refund form to Mrs. Bani from Kalyan Vihar delhi branch said i wll get a call within 3 months then after 3 months when i called her she said i have to wait for another 3 months and disconnected my call saying that she is bsy and then they are not picking my call not replying any emails and msgs. Its such a fraud organisation take 1500 rs in the name of baby shower and then dont refund amount. Worst school i have ever seen.
