Motilal Oswal — account closing

I have not trading last one year in motilal oswal. And i have booked so many losses with their tgs service. But last one year i told them to close my account but they not close and they threatning to me about legal notice sending to home. Last year my account was zero balance but now they add charges and told me to pay more 963rs. Worst service i have never seen. And today they mail me to reactivate my tgs service automatically on 7th oct which will cost 18000/year.

So i need to close my account asap.
