I purchased moto x play mob on dec4 2016.in the month of october suddenly network signals not came. I couldn't make any call. I changed sim also. Then 23.10.17 i have given mob to ur service center then they told me it's in warranty period nope v will rectify it n v vl give u. Then they given my mob but pblm not resolved again 27.10.17 i given my mob they told motherboard pblm so 1ce v will receive board then 1ly v can rectify. But still they not rectified my mob n refusing to return back also. What should i do? Mobile is in warranty period so am planning 2 go consumer court bt they r not ready to give my mobile back n related papers also Was this information helpful? |
