Motorcade — Not refunding your money

I and my Mrs have visited Motor Cade, 70/1 Hazra Road on 16.11.2020 to purchase one second hand car brand “Toyota Etios” V Registration No: WB/02AE/9918.

On that day after preliminary inspection we have finalized the car under some instruction to them to make necessary changes and booked the car by paying an Advance of Rs 15, 000.00.

For second inspection we visited on 20.11.2020 and found that the both side of frame of the looking glass were broken. Not only this he produced the car for testing without Petrol in it. I had to put Petrol of Rs 500/=. He behaved in a neglecting tone with us and refused to accept the A/C Payee Cheque of Punjab National Bank and forcing ask to go for RTGS payment immediately, we smell something wrong, why he is so hurrying about full payment, totally unprofessional attitude. On which ground he refused to accept a/c payee cheque of a nationalized bank. Mrs Dey told Mr Bank that we will take the delivery of the car after the clearance of the cheque, still he denied)

On 21.11.2020 we have cancelled the Order and asked him
(Mr Anil Banka) to return our money of Rs 15500/= He then started asking my Mrs to visit his outlet for discussion and so on but never uttered a single word about our money. He also quoted “ that it is our payment problem”. It is absolutely rubbish humiliating and insulting to us. He has harassed us.

We have also sent him an e-mal but there is no reply from him yet.

When we talk about consumer form then he said my Mrs that she will have to go to collect the money. Mrs Dey gave him three options either you deposit the cash in an account whose details she has provide OR she can send her representative along with an authorization letter and hand over the cash to him OR you send your man with the money and hand it over to Mrs Dey.
All the options Mr Bank refused.

The way Mr Anil Bank behaved and humiliated us the question of visiting his office does not arise because we know he will not come with a professional gesture.

We want our hard earned money back, that’s why we want the matter refer to you since you have referred the name Motor Cade.

If it is not solve by you then we will have to proceed legally in order to get back our money.

At the same time do not welcome this sort of Agent to the customers this will lead you also to face problem and damage your goodwill

COMPLAIN NOT SOLVED.

Motor Cade has not responded it seems they will not refund back our money.
