[Resolved] Motorola — Board damaged within 1 and a half year. | |||
I am a moto user since 18/05/2015. No issues faced before. but yesterday phone get heating very quickly and battery drain in 30 minutes. i visited motorola authorized service center. They told me board is damaged, and it must be replaced by new board, it cost is Rs.4800. * why should i pay Rs.4800 for a 1 and half year Mobile which is cost is below than Rs.10000. * The board has no bends or physical damages (Mobile also) * It means the board is build in low quality. * Is my Rs.10000 validity is below than 2 years?
