[Resolved]  Motorola Mobile — Poor Services after sales

Dear Sir,
I'm presently using Motorola G4 mobile set.
I'm facing problem with gost touching for last two months and unable to use the device.
I have approached the authorised services station of Motorola Moblie M/s. Sai Vision Mobilo, Kolhapur Maharastra on March 13, 2017.
Till date I have given it 4 times to the same service outlet and had hardly used for 5 days in last 29 days.
Regret to inform that the problem is still unresolved. The service outlet is not confirming the timeline and resolution of the issue.
Request to intervene and confirm me regarding your services.
