Motorola Mobility — After sales Service | |||
There was a problem with my phone screen on 12th of june i took it to the service center and after constant followup i finally got my phone back on 23rd june. exactly after a month on 23rd july the touch screen stopped working it has been 8 days and i havnt heard from motorola even after constant followup i finally got a reply today saying that they are short of spares so they cant commit how much time will it take. I guess either motorola should keep spares handy or manufacture only that much phone they can provide after sales to or stop giving after sales service all together and stop giving warranty on their products. If they stop giving warranty on their products people wont fall pray to their sham of providing 1 yr warranty. If they dont have spares how is any of this customers fault and why dont they use the same quality spares for after sales the same kind they use while selling the phone? I dont know where can i get the answers of these questions They are just fooling the customers because we once bought motorola device dnt have a choice but to listen to their excuses and wait for them to provide us the service Was this information helpful? | |||
