My mobiles display was flickering and i had taken it to motorola service center (Prudent telecom services, tembhi naka, thane). The service center promptly replaced the screen. After a week i started noticing multiple problems with the phone. The problem were 1) proximity sensor not working 2) 6 dead pixels in the back camera 3) crackling speaker all these issues started right after the service. This is a clear indication that the parts in my new phone were replaced with faulty defective parts. I raised this concern with motorola service center but the are just willing to replace the problem parts. As this is a case of cheating on part of the motorola service center i am demanding a replacement as there is no guarantee that they will not do it again. Seeking your assistance in getting justice.
It was sad to hear from motorola india support that motorola india does not have an appellate authority for grievance redressal. The support on call and chat is the only option to voice concerns. Was this information helpful? |
