[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Customer care

I purchased 2handsets of Motorola n it's not even been a yr using them that for one phone side button and for other where sim is inserted came out on its own. When I went to customer care they asked RS 1000 and 1500for same inspite of both phone being in warranty. Phone showed sim not supported when opened the back cover to check it out sim slot chip was detached from its own.

Updated by [email protected] Never seen such disgusting service.. Motorola service centre is saying we make no repair for break. For your knowledge I would like to inform you it is no breakge. 8 am repeating myself your sim slot came out on its own without even touching it. If you cant repair it at least provide good quality so that it's part don't come on its own..I regret myself of linking myself with this company by buying it's phone and bearing it's worst service. Plz resolve the issue otherwise I'll file a complaint in consumer court
