[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Delay of my product servicing | |||||
Dear sir/ma’am, I would like to inform you that there is a problem in my hand set and my set in under warranty. So, i have submitted my hand set to my nearest motorola authorised service center. My job sheet no is srgjr[protected] and imei no is [protected]. As per the instruction of service center, they said that my hand set will be repaired within 15 working days. I call them after 15 working days they said that my phone is not repaired because company did not send them repairing parts. Till this day i. E. 14th june 2017 i haven't received the phone back as the service center keeps giving excuses and delays the delivery everytime. I have send an attachment of job sheet for further details.
