[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Faulty product received twice. moto z play | |||
Hi, i purchased a motorola z play via flipkart on 1st november, 2016. Within 7 days the phone went dead on 3 occasions and restarted automatically after a gap of 2 hours. I complained to flipkart and got a replacement mobile on 18th november, 2016. On 7th january, the phone again went dead and this time it did not start. As i has crossed my 30 day replacement period, flipkart did not cater to my request of replacement of faulty handset although i got a faulty piece twice. I approached the customer service centre on 10th january, 2017 and gave my mobile for repair as they told me that the mother board is not functioning. Till date i have not yet got my mobile back. I have been trying to reach out to the motorola customer service centre in gurgaon but there is no answer on the numbers provided. I require a replacement for my mobile as i have been given a faulty handset twice. Was this information helpful? | |||
