[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Handset repaired in warranty 3 times and still needs repair | |||||
I have MOTO G4 PLUS(XT1643) 32Gb, IMEI no.[protected] bought on 29 May, 2016. After 4 Months the phone stopped and the motherboard was replaced from the Moto Service Centre under Warranty. Since the motherboard was replaced the overall performance of the handset degraded a lot. Dated 24 April, 2017 the phone stopped working again. I gave it to the service centre and i again get it back with a 3rd class service from the service centre, which i really didn't expected from a BRAND like MOTOROLA. The phone was getting Overhanged & Overheated without even a single use of any app. The volume down and the audio jack also stopped working. And above that in the new job sheet the IMEI of the phone and on the Bill are different so attaching both the job sheets(OLD & NEW) I can't explain How much it have costed me again and again formatting my data and again then i get the phone back in tremendous conditions. No benefit of spending so much on Moto High end's phone. I Would never refer anyone for MOTO anymore. I would appreciate if my phone is returned this time with proper repair or change/replace the handset if it can't be repaired in the way it should be. Was this information helpful? | |||||
