Dear sir, madam I have purchase lenovo k8 note in aug 2017. From some time huge heating observed in my set. Today it got over heated & little bended & also cracked near sound volume button. As per your advise we shown the set at your service center ambala. They refused to do the needful. Pls note that this set bended due to over heating which results the above problem. I have checked it on time other wise may cause a bigg loss. Pls note that this is a technical fault. Waiting your urgent positive response. I have requested the service depart to advise about use but no one is replying Now i am unable to use this hand set because it is getting over heated. Battery may burst and may cause loss to me. Service center is asking charges for repair but i requested them that is is technical fault why i should pay. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am not interested to repair this set as there is huge risk to use this set which technically faulty.
Kindly replace this set on top priority.
I suggest you to do some R&D in this faulty
Set to eliminate the problem for future.
