[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — moto e3 power charging issue | |||
Myself anchal baranwal (Email id: [protected]@gmail.com) i bought moto e3 power in april and now it has charger issue. I went to service centre in laxmi nagar 'motorola lenovo authorised service center' wa-88 but customer executive said that there is moisture detected in your charger cord pin and mobile jack so it comes under physical damage and no warranty for that. But what we can do if get automatically moisturize or not. If it comes under warranty where we have to go. Even they ask for money for replacement. I am totally disappointed.
