Now 12 days has been passed & i am not getting any proper response from service as well as customer care team side, they could not able to give me final receiving date of my device. In between i have talked with pawan / arun (From service side) & ritu / ram babu / reshma mishra / manoj kumar & specially to mr. Numan (Customer care side). Mr. Numan had confirmed me on last wednesday that he have already arranged new battery & device will be hand over on next day, but all vast & now i am getting frosted for my device.
