[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Moto g4 plus part not getting dispatched to service center | |||
Dear concern, Over the last 3 weeks, my motorola g4 plus handset is in service center and i am not getting any positive response either from service center or from any motorola executive. Every week i am getting a call from motorola executive and every time they ask me to wait for 1 more week, which is negatively affecting motorola customer trust. I don't understand the problem regarding my case its been 3 weeks and today when i called service center they told me that the product part has not been dispatched yet. As you can understand that without phone, i am facing so many problems, i can't pay online. I request you to please take this matter seriously and escalate it to responsible personality.
