[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — moto g5s plus poor service quality and extreme high price | |||||
I have given my moto g5s plus phone to service center (Smart care-ctg, adyar, chennai) for screen replacement (Job sheet no: soin[protected]) as the screen is broken. For the repair work they charged rs.6500 and when i about to collect the device i noticed in right top the screen is not fixed. I started inquiring why you people done a poor service like this, they replied back to me saying the back case also needs to be changed and for this i have to pay an extra amount of rs. 4500 and as a whole i have to pay a sum of rs.11000 (Even the new phone cost itself rs.14000). I felt very bad about this as this is a total fault of the service person and i refused to accept the device. The device is now with the service center. After this incident, i started contacting motorola customer support and they are not even responding with a resolution. Till now i have raised 5 incidents[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] to motorola customer support and no action taken by them yet. Was this information helpful? | |||||
