[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — moto mobile not working over its warranty

I have purchace an moto e4 plus on july 2017 but the device is dead in charging mode & now it is not working it has come an power ic issue & the device is not working & i lost my data & also the payment of rs 10000/- & support team also not support me.. Saying that it not be repaired it will be pcb problem which coast is 7600/- if the mobile phone work only till warranty then how we trust on the Lonovo & moto products for this I need help to repair my device & also the data backup from my device
