[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Moto x play

Dear sir/Madam, i have purchased a moto xplay in jan 2106 and it has not been even 2 months that the phone battery has been dead and i have given the phone at service center on 23rd feb for repair, they have told me that the battery has to be replaced and they have kept the phone with them and given me job sheet numbered VZG/MG/15/00168, after a week when i call to the service center they tell me that still the part hasnt been recieved and will take more time for, new phone they give in 7 days time and for spares they ask for more time, then i call customer care of motorola and they tell that the job sheet number shows the status closed and to take another job sheet number from service center, then i call back service center and they give me new no ie.. VZG/MG/15/00209, and then i call back service center today for the status of my phone and they are not even picking up my call, then called to customer care and they tell that we are help less pls contact service center as the new job sheet number is also closed, i dont know what is going on and the service center is also 65km away from my place to go there regularly, feeling so harassed mentally, even after purchasing a phone costing to 20, 000rs they still dont even bother to reply properly. please look into this matter
