I have sent letter to motorola head office by speed post (Speed post tracking no; eu[protected]in) gurgaon office with written complaint and not get any revert from them. I am following with customer helpline by calling or email. They are not helping even they are not replying me from last 15 days. However i have sent multiple emails. I have sent msg also from twitter. They are denied to repair my mobile under warranty. My mobile was not physically damage at the time when i submitted to service center. I have shared you pics of my mobile you can see there is no physical damaged. Service center team damaged my mobile internally. Motorola team only listening to the service center team only not me. I have also raise case with consumer forum. Still they are not replying to me. Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought Moto Z2 play on last year December 21st 2017. Three months it worked without showing any problems. Then I started noticing my Mobile proximity sensors is not working properly even after visited the service centre for the third time. They were not responding properly. I want to replace my product.
