[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Motorola pulse 2 headset not working

Hello,

I have bought this product of motorola called "pulse 2 wired headset" from flipkart last august. But right now i am facing problem which is one side of the headset is not working i can only hear through the left side of it. I have called motorola twice about this and at the end after 4 days of coversation they told me that we are not selling this product in market its flipkart who buys it from some 3rd parties and selling it and they told me to contact flipkart and fk is telling me that contact brand for this. No one is providing support as they are big brands.
