[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — motorola x4 under warranty but was not repaired for battery and speaker

Hello,

I had bought a moto x4 device. After few months o[censored]sage the phone is not charging and the speaker voice is deported. I had taken it to service center but the service center did not accept the request beacause the screen had a bit break on it

Due to break on the display the phone voids warranty. I am not sure why. I don't have issue with screen. My problem is with speaker and phone not charging.
