I have purchased moto z play 4 months ago. Its display got cracked internally. Phone was not fall/dropped it was in my pocket when i try to make call there is no display on screen. When i went to service center they told me that internal display is damaged even there is no scratch on screen or edges. Then how the internal display damaged? They are saying may be you put it in to tight jeans pocket. So that means this phone is not for the persons who wears jeans?
Does the company didn't tested the phone for this?
Service center saying the phone will be repaired on chargeable basis even it is in warranty.
