[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — not giving free service within warranty period

I am anirban pan. I purchased a moto c plus mobile from snapdeal on 11-may-2018 (Invoice no. : s8b70a/18/283, order no. - [protected]). Few days ago my charger has damged and i went moto service centre (Soumili enterprise, bankura) on 01/11/2018 for the second time. They refused to give me the service within warranty. They said that a refurbished mobile was given to me by snapdeal. Please take necessary step
