[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Phone submitted to service center for repairing twice | |||
I have submitted my mobile phone to service center before one month for repairing job sheet ref nos. SRB2X[protected] for some mother board problem next day i resubmitted same phone with other job ref no. SRB2X[protected] with same problem, now one month past and i already requested to Customer support contact with complaint ref no.[protected] and emailed to [protected]@motorola.com about my complaints but still not received my repaired phone. now i feel that Motorola is harassing their customers, no one is taking bother about customer compliant they only interested to sell their new products With this my worst experience i will never suggest to anyone to take Motorola products will also explain to every one this harassing experience Was this information helpful? | |||
