[Resolved]  Motorola Mobility — Problem with volume

I have just purchased my motog5 plus 4 days back and I have an issue like whenever I plug in earphones rather than moto one it automatically decreases the volume to 0 no matter how many times you try it will continuously keep it decreasing and not only media volume but others too such as notifications etc and one more problem is when I put my phone on vibration mode it automatically enables do not disturb mode please help me with the problem
