[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Product not delivered even after 20 days

I bought mobile on 17/10/2016. It stops working after few days and I gave the mobile at service center on 18/11/2016. Almost 20 days completed and there is no response from customer service center and also from moto support india.
I do not know when they will deliver my mobile. Please look into this.

I have not received my not product till today. Completed more-than 2 months from the date which I gave my device at moto service center.
