Motorola Mobility — service center poor service

Sir, i like to inform you that my phone moto g turbo which i purchased last year performed so good. Few days back phone flash light creating problem and i show it to care center budaun after their checkup my phone's earpiece not working fine (Low hearing) i gave it to them but they unable to repair it at original level and pasted not as original, still it sounds very low.. I feel that i gave my phone in wrong hands.
Hope for the honest action
