Please note that i have purchased moto e4 plus in september 2017. Now the touch panel is not working. I have gone to service centre. They are simply avoiding to solve it. It is under warranty but they are charging rs4500 for that. They are saying it is because of damage but the there is no scratch on the screen. I have many friends those who are suffering from the same issue. The company is very much aware of the situation. I am attaching the letter from service centre & also the picture of my phone., just to prove that they are misleading their customers. I need solution or else i will take further step to solve the issuer.
Question: what are the things which are covered under warranty?
