Dear sir, I have buy moto g4 plus xt1643 handset with rs.13499?/- under scheme rs.12500/- on 26 june 2017. Its warranty time is 26 june 2017 to 26 june 2018. According to the motorola company warranty will expire after one year. My handset switch off automatically during call and sms and any time without any touch. Handset switched off frequency 4 times to 7 times per day. Now i am totaly harassment by this product due to this type of the problem. Due to this problem i have lost essential calls, important sms, bank atm otp pin, trading shares alerts and other important notifications etc. I have checked this handset 2 times by customer care which is authorized motorola levevo customer care office (Sant rameshwari enterprises, chandigarh sector -20-d).
