[Resolved] Motorola — no response from authorized motorola service centre | |||
I purchased a moto g5 on 17 may 2017 to gift my brother. Because of some malfunction the phone stopped working properly after a week. I gave it for the repair to authorised motorola service centre located at vytilla, kochi, kerala on 1 july 2017. But by the expected date the phone has not been repaired also they dont give us any updates. When i called in the number provided they are not responding. Why can't the company replace the piece when they can't send the required item to the service provider. If further delay occurs it will lead me to file legal actions against motorola. E when they can't send the required item to the service provider. Never expected such horrible service/product from motorola. Was this information helpful? | |||
