[Resolved] Motorola — problem in motorola service center | |||
I have purchased a moto c plus mobile. After 5 days problem in mobile then go the service center. They have format my mobile. After that some functions stop working then i told regarding this issue but they have not resolve this issue. After that i have complained to the motorola online customer care. Then technical team called me and told me they have updated wrong software so that options are disabled. So when you will go the service center then call me and told to customer support team they have transfer call to me and i will talk with the service center. When i go the service center and call to customer support team then they have not transfer call. After that i have lot of emailed But they have not response yet.
