[Resolved] Motorola — Service not provide to satisfy the customers | |||
Motorola service the worest of worest. I am bought the moto g4 plus phone on 7th oct 2016. This phone sliped by hand from 3 feets distance on 20th oct 2016 small scratch apeared on phone charger connecter place. Phone is working perfect condition. This phone automatically screen off from dec 25th 2016. I went to service center for claim warrnty. He told to me this mobile not covered warranty due to scatch apreared on phone. This is not conviance to me. I fixed to not purchase any moto and lenovo phone for this type of service provide by motorola and lenova customer care Was this information helpful? | |||

My Moto g4 plus was having a problem of switching off automatically. I came to the nearby Guwahati Motorola service center and they repaired it after 1 month. Now it's headphone jack is not working and the speaker is giving a whistling sound. When I tried to contact motorola service center again, they are not responding to my calls
