[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — availability of components of moto m and behaviour of staffs in service center | |
Now it's almost 6 months from the day i bought moto m. After 5 months the charger got damaged. As i m living in a place where service center of moto m is not available.. So i have to wait to go my hometown. After some days the phone also got damaged nd it was not working. I gave it in service center.. They told some circuits have been damaged due to water (Not known by me) which cost me almost 2000 even the phone was in warranty period.. And it's not over yet they did not replaced the charger.. They told the charger can't be replaced unless nd until the phone is working. According to staffs they told it will take 2-3 days to repair... After 6 days the warranty of charger was going to finish. And now it's been 15 days... Neither the phone is repaired nor the charger is replaced... What kind of service they are providing i don't know... It's really not worth to buy a moto phones nd the service centers are more worst... When i called them they told u can take your phone... So i asked them if the phone is not working then what will i do with that box... Atleast repair the phone in time... I will never recommend anyone to buy this model...
