Motorola Solutions — Complaining about not getting the turbo charger replaced even though it can be replaced and is under warranty

My charger for the phone Moto G4 plus is not functioning properly and it has been purchased on 16th May 2016 and the warranty booklet that I got with the phone says that the charger is under warranty for 1 year. But the service center in Borivali unapproved this and says that it is only for a duration of 6months. This isn't fair at your part as the company itself gives a warranty of 1 year. I really need an answer. Being a consumer has been a severe headache recently. Worst service ever full of froudulent people.
