Motorola Solutions — delay in repairing of mobile phone | |||||
I gave my moto x for repair on 12th january 2018. The company assured me a free pick up from some private dealer with the name gadgetwood eservices pvt. Ltd. (Yaantra) having website www.yantra.com. my request id is 103557. They assured me that the mobile will be repaired within 2-3 days. But they have not delivered my phone till today i. E. 17.01.2018. They are not telling a correct status of my mobile. They are only telling that the status is in progress. I want the correct status of my phone and want my phone to be delivered to me as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
